Steps

  1. Take your favourite sundae glass or bowl and layer some crushed digestive biscuits at the bottom.
  2. Take your Brown Bread gelato and add a scoop to your glass.
  3. Grab your Vanilla Clotted Cream gelato from the freezer and add a scoop.
  4. Drizzle over some sweet orange marmalade and some more biscuit crumbs. Continue to layer with more scoops of gelato.
  5. For decoration, we drizzled some more marmalade and sprinkled over more biscuit crumbs. We also loved adding candied orange peel for that final finishing touch!

  • Orange Marmalade
  • Digestive biscuits and Orange Peel for decoration
